Strabismus correction (Eye Muscle Surgery): Professional fee, depending on complexity of the procedure.

When possible, we use a facility and anesthesiologist in your network.

With respect to surgery, when possible, we bill insurance as a courtesy, and return to you any reimbursement up to the full cost of the procedure.
